An unbelievable fact of a building which spins 360 degrees. A Company in Brazil constructed a building in which each floor can rotate 360 degrees. Each building has 11 apartments and each apartment can spin individually in any direction.One rotation takes a full hour, but apartment owner can set rotation speed through apartment control panel.What an intelligent plan of the building. Facades are made of three different types of glass which give wonderful effects when building spins during the sunset.After i have told all this, you people might be wondering, regarding the cost of the building right. The Cost of each apartment is $US 300,000.00.Thats the small picture of the building.
I wish atleast i get an opportunity to see the building in person.
